  • Sharp Knife
  • Gloves
  • A Tape
  • Cutting board
  • Bowel
  • A saucepan
  • Leaves of celery
  • Pineapple
  • A cheesecloth

Removing the spines

  1. Wear a thick pair of gloves
  2. Apply a long strip of tape on the pads
  3. Rip the tape off
  4. Repeat the process
  5. Remove spines and pads from pears.

Making Cactus Juice

  • Cut cactus pears and pineapple into pieces 
  • Remove strings from celery
